Northline Heating & Air adapts the astra3.robertdevore.com template at commit 5551c82a395fe788bcebae966bba485b5c41bc0a. The original showcase remains unchanged. Its layout vocabulary is carried into a new brand, with custom imagery, a new palette, original copy, and purpose-specific visitor flows.
Source of truth
Pages live in content/pages/, articles in content/posts/, and layouts in templates/. Kujo SSG generates output/; never edit that directory by hand. SiteKit is vendored and unchanged, while consumer styles live in assets/brand.css.
Navigation and interaction
Every page inherits one header and footer. Mobile navigation uses a full-screen native dialog, keyboard focus containment, Escape dismissal, and scroll locking. Links remain available without JavaScript. Forms create local downloads and never imply successful server submission.
Media and metadata
Original AI-generated concept images are stored locally with descriptive alternative text, intrinsic dimensions, and responsive WebP variants. The build assigns content-addressed asset URLs. Each page has unique metadata, a canonical URL, and visible-content-aligned structured data. RSS, sitemap, and the experimental public WebMCP index support discovery.
Build and verify
Run npm ci, npm run build, npm run validate, and the documented browser checks. Howl validates and renders the executable content-route example. Audit evidence is stored under seo-audit/2026-10-15/.
